Thanks for the follow-up Jeff. The questions are simple yet powerful I
think, in keeping with open space!! Indeed it was a wonderful learning
journey which continues. Thanks to Birgitt for facilitating and to my
co-participants - Jeff, Marilyn, Dennis, Janice, Virginia, Monica and
Sharron. I have been propelled into yet another level of deep learning as a
result of our time together (which is not always easy!!).

The more I explore and learn about open space, the more my appreciation for
its potential grows. I have been struggling with how one assists
organizations to move beyond the event to living as open space
organizations. The discussions in our days together helped me to clarify my
assumptions about open space technology as a meeting method and using the
principles of open space technology as a way of being in an organization. I
have more confidence in my ability to work with organizations who are
interested in becoming open space organizations. The journey we were on also
opened space for personal growth, which reminded me yet again of the sacred
trust that we hold when we open space for others. We never know what will
happen. High learning, high play, bounded by deep respect.

It is also great fun to put a face to the names of people on the list. This
is also what I enjoy about OSonOS and OT. Jeff will come to mind whenever I
see wildflowers or bears, thanks to his great stories.
