I can see a wide range of applications for a model like this in grafting
new hirees onto to existing organizations....how about this for a full
scale first year university orientation?  Or what about doing it at a
community centre at the beginning of the season (September), so that
people can find, collaborate upon and create course to take, things to
do etc...

In fact I might just try that with my local (arts based) community
centre...

Very exciting -- naturally you'll let us know how it goes.
