Folks, the egroups list is up and running.  About 90 listserv members have
been automatically subscribed, and the rest (about 200) have been sent
invitations to accept subscription (because egroups doesn't allow more than
100 to be automatically subscribed in a day).

I'd appreciate if everyone responds to and accepts the invitation, so as to
be able to kick the tires.

We'll run both lists in parallel until a decision is made.
