doctoral studies: OS and the CEO

I think you might find it useful to broaden your studies to include "senior
executives."  There are several reasons for this -- first it will give you
a larger and possibly more easily accessible number of folks. Second --
there are lots of VPs and Senior Managers who are essentially CEOS of their
business units. Just a thought. Love to see the results.
