uwe weissflog has used openspace in his company.  multinational, yes.
consumer goods, no. the short version was published an osi newsletter.
the longer version is on my website.  it chronicles several methods and
several processes used over 4 years at his company... really a good
view.  i've shortened it some recently, but not yet posted it.  the

about strategic conversation as a means for organizational change.  you
