I was Sooooo excited reading you piece that Harrison added to our list -
and building on Chris' brilliant work in Vancouver.

In brief.... I am a long-time OS person.... since first meeting Harrison in
'92.  In addition to opening spaces, mainly here in European organisations
and communities, Harrison and I put on OS trainings here in the UK and the
OS community is very dear to me - even though I don't appear too often on
the list or at OSonOS.

and.......in April I am off to the Magnetic North Pole - flying to Res, via
Iqaluit.....!

I would LOVE to here/ see more first hand if that were possible in any way.
  Being realistic......  (prefer not to!).... if it were possible to meet,
I guess it would need to be on the way back for me ie. 13th May.  I am not
sure a) whether it's possible to break the First Air flight from Res to
Ottawa eg. for a day in Iqualuit and travelling on 14th to Ottowa, and b)
what kind of physical shape I shall be in after the expedition.

for now I wanted to register my excitement about hearing about your work.
