My main suggestion is that rather than focusing on the value of AI and OS
and their use, use AI and OS to do the work of the meeting.  In other words,
your first purpose -- considering the meaning and power of mentoring and how
that might work for them -- seems to best focus for the gathering.

I can envision opening with appreciative interviews about powerful
exeriences they've had mentoring or being mentored.  You could use the
interviews to develop some provacative positions and then move into an open
space to around bringing the propositions to life.  Learning more about AI
and OS may well show up at that time.
