OS in Netherlands

[Jeff Aitken]

I'm thinking of Oscar David, who in 1991 co-facilitated an international
open space in Hungary (OT9) with partner Tom van der Kroon... they both
attended OT9 in Winter Park, Colorado that year. Oscar was internal at
Shell at that time, and developing a private practice, as I remember.
However, I have no idea how to reach either of them. Anyone?
