Peg congrats on your book..... looking forward to enjoying it.... tried the BK website.... and for some bizarre reason, it would not accept anything other than a US address. then tried Amazon.com and the book is not listed...... Would you know if there is any reason why BK would not have it distributed via Amazon? any other clues? Romy
