continuity and change

Doc: Thanks for your nice personal comment and keeping this conversation
going with more thoughtful ideas.

I had an idea about the continuity side of the question as well.
 Continuity is when the same patterns continue for a while..  "A while"
could be a very long time from our meager perspective on earth.
Organizational Structure is our attempt to "hard-wire" pattern in order to
make it more "efficient" and to exert some controls. Hard wiring pattern is
not bad and is essential. I want my bones to say "hard-wired" for awhile.
But as you say, the pattern will eventually come to chaos, to its toxic
state as Harrison calls it, in the process of becoming what is next.

I also believe that there is a "deep" continuity, universal, holy, loving
that is beyond what we can understand but can be connected to in the
process of becoming. It (she, he) transcends the big bang of emergent order
out of chaos, and all the little bangs that are happening all the time, and
the big crunch, if and when it happens.
