OS in low trust environments

Bert, I'd like to follow up on what Bridgett and Joe have said. Change,
especially if authentically addressed, causes upset as you said, and the only
way through this upset is communication. (They think they are communicating
but they are mostly listening to themselves think) At this point I begin to
assist them in listening for the commitment behind what each other are saying.
It is often similar and having uncovered this there is now space to define and
proceed with the issues.
I'm still new at this so I hope this is an appropriate response.
