Dear Birgitt: thanks for raising the issues you have raised regarding the
organization. It is quite bold and possibly the most appropriate intervention
to do. Will it work, we don't know. I have not worked with such a large
organization with open space either. Somehow there needs to be once a month
sessions (of what kind and with whom are to be determined together) and
mechanisms to follow through over time (those might emerge from the sessions
themselves). I feel Anne Stadler and Peggy could be great partners for you
