Peg,

Item #1 is very simple--in fact the very thought occurred to me yesterday
to post the information. How often would you like me to do it--monthly,
biweekly, bimonthly? Until the list attains some equilibrium state,
bi-weekly might be ok, and later, perhaps, bimonthly.

Item #2 would take some time--I would do it if I could, but unfortunately,
I don't have the time. If you could find someone, the ideal way would be
to make all list postings available on the web. This requires doing some
scripting. The person who is maintaining the web site (I forget the name)
may have the resources to handle this. Once you script it, it is a fairly
easy task to receive all postings and convert them to the web format (as I
hear it said--I haven't done it myself). Of course, this requires that all
participants have web access, and this may not be the case.

The other alternative is to have all postings available simultaneously on
the web, and also via FTP--participants will need to use the FTP program to
download specific threads. The neat thing about the listserv, however, is
that you don't need anything other than email to access archival material.
So there are tradeoffs among the three methods. Our web person might be
able to handle this, or offer a different solution.

I still trying to work through some issues on the personal front--it's a
dying marriage and a divorce in the works, and a 3-year old child in the
middle of it all. Thanks for asking.

Regards,

Murli
