Dear OS friends,

This is Romy (Shovelton) in little ole' England - about to speak to the
Community Design Forum at the Prince of Wales Institute of Architecture
(evening of 6th March). Actually I shall be running the evening as a
mini-Open Space, to give people a real feel for the power of OS that we all
know and love.

Question is - is there anyone out there in OS land that has used OS in
Urban Design contexts? I know this is incredibly short notice (and I do
plan to talk to you guys about the full case study exercise I planned - and
talked to Harrison about), and..... it would be really great if anyone had
any short stories/ examples/cases of urban design use (by next week) - even
top line mentions would be great - just so I can pass on those thoughts to
interested folks here. We already have 40+ folks booked into the POWIA
evening - and a whole week to go.....!

So... wishing you all a week-end in all kinds of open spaces (each of my
Saturdays in April are about to be taken up with running Open Space events
- for Local Authorities, Communities etc - so not quite so much of the
other open spaces, though some are in the country, so who knows ....

Much love to all those who read this and know me - HO, tmn-ites et al ...

Romy
