Hello my dear friends (pretend I am saying that in German or any other
language that is your own ;o)

Thank you so much for your quick responses, Marei and Michael M Pannwitz
(and cheers to my other friends I had contacted about this) - I truly
appreciate it. Gerardo helped me with some great translations in Italian,
too.

I feel that using multiple languages if they are spoken in the groups I work
with invite and welcome and share awareness about diversity - it also makes
it easier to understand for folks whose home languages are not English, of
course. And even if I am doing an Open Space in English, I use signs with
multiple languages - for the same reason of welcoming and honoring
diversity.

I will add these German phrases to the Glossary - at a time soon when I am
not floating all around from here to there (figuratively and literally!).
Thank you thank you.

For those of you interested in seeing (and using!) the growing Glossary of
international terms and phrases for Open Space - go to my website

http://www.openingspace.net <http://www.openingspace.net/> - click on Open
Space Technology / The Method and then in the little orange bar at the top
of those listings you'll see the word "Glossary" to click on.

If you see that your own language is not represented for all the words and
phrases, and if you would like to translate some or all of those into your
language to add to the Glossary, I invite you to email me and I shall send
you a list of those words and phrases. I am a little slow on adding Arabic
(hello, my dear dear Carol Daniel Kasbari !!) and just catching up on many
many things after a bit of time away, but as time passes - we will water
this Glossary with words and fertilize it with sharing and it shall grow
like a bouquet of beautiful flowers.

Lisa
